Aki In Store — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

Aki In Store is a shopping list app organized by store. It is built to keep your data yours: we do not collect, store or have access to any of it.

What the app stores

• Your stores and products. They are saved on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, they are also synced to your own private iCloud database, so they appear on your other Apple devices. That database belongs to your iCloud account: only you can read it. We, the developer, cannot see, read or retrieve its contents. iCloud storage is provided by Apple and is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• App preferences — the last store you had open, the direction of the list and whether the store column was showing. They are kept only on your device and are never sent anywhere.

If you are not signed in to iCloud, everything stays on your device only.

What we do not do

• No accounts, sign-in or registration.
• No analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• No third-party SDKs or services.
• No servers of our own: nothing is ever sent to us.
• No selling or sharing of data, because we never have any.

Notifications

The app never shows you notifications and never asks for permission to send them. It uses silent background updates from iCloud only to keep your lists current across your own devices.

Deleting your data

Deleting a store in the app deletes it and its products, on this device and in your iCloud. Deleting the app removes the data stored on the device. You can also manage the app’s iCloud data from your device’s iCloud storage settings.

Personal information

Aki In Store does not collect any personal information. There is nothing to fill in and nothing about you ever leaves your device, other than your own lists syncing to your private iCloud.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
