Aki In Range — Privacy Policy

Aki In Range shows fuel prices at petrol stations in Spain, compared with the average of your area. It is built to keep your data yours: we do not collect, store or have access to any of it.
What the app uses
- Your location. With your permission, it is used only while the app is open, to find nearby stations and estimate driving times. It is processed on your device and is never sent to us. If you deny or withdraw the permission, the app still works with an example area.
- Fuel price data. Prices come from the official open data service of the Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition (MITECO). To download them, the app only tells the Ministry’s server which province you are in. The request contains nothing about you.
- Maps and driving times. They are provided by Apple Maps, which receives the start and end points of each route and is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you choose to open directions in Google Maps or Waze, that app’s privacy policy applies.
What the app stores
- Downloaded prices and driving times. A copy of current and past prices, and of recent driving times, is kept on your device, so the app opens quickly and can show price history.
- App preferences — fuel type, search radius, litres per fill-up, your car’s consumption, the detour threshold, your preferred navigation app and the history period you last viewed. They are kept only on your device and are never sent anywhere.
What we do not do
- No accounts, sign-in or registration.
- No analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking of any kind.
- No third-party SDKs.
- No servers of our own: nothing is ever sent to us.
- No selling or sharing of data, because we never have any.
Notifications
The app never shows you notifications and never asks for permission to send them.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device. You can also turn off location access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
Aki In Range does not collect any personal information. There is nothing to fill in and nothing about you ever leaves your device, other than the province sent to the Ministry and the route points sent to Apple Maps.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Aki In Range muestra los precios de los carburantes en las gasolineras de España, comparados con la media de tu zona. Está hecha para que tus datos sigan siendo tuyos: no recogemos, guardamos ni tenemos acceso a ninguno.
Qué usa la app
- Tu ubicación. Con tu permiso, se usa solo mientras la app está abierta, para encontrar gasolineras cercanas y estimar el tiempo de trayecto. Se procesa en tu dispositivo y nunca se nos envía. Si deniegas o retiras el permiso, la app sigue funcionando con una zona de ejemplo.
- Datos de precios. Los precios proceden del servicio oficial de datos abiertos del Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica (MITECO). Para descargarlos, la app solo indica al servidor del Ministerio en qué provincia estás. La petición no contiene nada sobre ti.
- Mapas y tiempos de trayecto. Los proporciona Apple Maps, que recibe el origen y el destino de cada ruta y se rige por la Política de privacidad de Apple. Si decides abrir la ruta en Google Maps o Waze, se aplica la política de privacidad de esa app.
Qué guarda la app
- Precios descargados y tiempos de trayecto. Se guarda en tu dispositivo una copia de los precios actuales y pasados, y de los tiempos de trayecto recientes, para que la app abra rápido y pueda mostrar el histórico.
- Preferencias de la app: tipo de carburante, radio de búsqueda, litros por repostaje, consumo de tu coche, umbral de desvío, app de navegación preferida y el último periodo del histórico que consultaste. Se guardan solo en tu dispositivo y nunca se envían a ningún sitio.
Lo que no hacemos
- Sin cuentas, inicio de sesión ni registro.
- Sin analítica, informes de errores, publicidad ni seguimiento de ningún tipo.
- Sin SDKs de terceros.
- Sin servidores propios: nunca se nos envía nada.
- Sin venta ni cesión de datos, porque nunca tenemos ninguno.
Notificaciones
La app nunca te muestra notificaciones ni pide permiso para enviarlas.
Borrar tus datos
Al eliminar la app se borra todo lo que había guardado en tu dispositivo. También puedes desactivar el acceso a la ubicación en cualquier momento en Ajustes → Privacidad y seguridad → Localización.
Aki In Range no recoge ninguna información personal. No hay nada que rellenar y nada sobre ti sale de tu dispositivo, salvo la provincia que se envía al Ministerio y los puntos de ruta que se envían a Apple Maps.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, la nueva versión se publicará en esta página con una nueva fecha de entrada en vigor.
